SteelesTech New Construction
The Steeles Technology Campus (SteelesTech) is located on the south side of Steeles Avenue East between Highway 404 and Victoria Park Avenue in the City of Toronto. SteelesTech is a 1.3 million square foot technology and business office park comprised of six buildings including one four-storey, 175,000 square foot low-rise office facility, an 11-storey, 330,000 square foot office tower, and a 280,000 square foot building that incorporates materials, features and benefits consistent with the first phase.
Metro Toronto Convention Centre
The Metro Toronto Convention Centre is Canada`s largest convention centre which is located in Toronto`s dynamic downtown core. The kitchen catering has the capability to serve up to 7,000, parking can accommodate 1,200 cars and you can drive your truck up onto the Exhibit Floor. The Centre is located in the heart of Toronto`s downtown and the business district, making it easy to access the rest of the city by public transportation and very close to major roadways and Union Station for the out-of-town travelers.
CBC Electrical Installation
The CBC broadcasts approximately 175,000 hours annually from radio and television stations located across Canada. The programs are delivered through six networks - English Television, English Radio, English Stereo, French Television, French Radio, and French Stereo. Durham Region 320,000 S.F. Regional Admin Bldg.
Durham Region required a single building to house all 13 departments of the regional government. Included in the wish list of the building was also the ability to provide temporary facilities for the Provincial Emergency Communications Center, the Provincial Courts and the Federal Emergency Task force. The distribution systems had to be designed to provide an N+1 emergency/UPS power system that could operate on a 24 hours basis for an extended period similar to the blackout of 2003.
